Staff was extremely professional. They were very accommodating, and the Surgeon Dr. Perry answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and welcomed.
The services are great. My problem began when I got to the front desk and was told I did not have an appointment. I had tried to make an appointment online but was denied each time. I then called in at least twice before getting a return call. at that point I was able to get an appointment, of so I thought. The young man at the front desk explained to me what had happened, I explained to him that I had driven an hour and a half to get there. He went and found his manager who was also very kind and listened to my story and was able to get me in to see the Dr. someone in your IT department needs to fix this problem of the system canceling patient's appointments without notification. Had I not been able to see the Dr. after driving that far this review would have been much different.
Everything is clean. Everyone is really friendly. My wait time was amazing.

The doctor takes the time too listen too you. The well organization from the front desk, too the back when you are seen. Also the friendly and helpful, and caring staff.
I live in Orange Park now, and I would rather take the time too travel to JOI, because of the trust I have with them.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. From scheduling to paperwork to interactions with the team, I felt comfortable. Dr. Smith treated me with care and confidence. He is very professional...direct and deliberate. I was very relieved to meet with him. I would recommend JOI and wish the group continued success.

All the Physicians seem to really care about the well being of their patients. I get good treatment from the Doctors and Physicians Assistants I see.

Lovely receptionists who are welcoming and quick! There was basically little wait time to see the doctor. The X-ray person was pleasant. I truly am appreciative of Dr. Steinberg. He is smart, kind, and understanding. I will highly recommend this group.
