Very friendly staff. Check in easy process including updates to profile. Dr Crenshaw reviewed xrays and explained physical findings and initial plan of care which included a joint injection and a course of PT.
My doctor was very nice and polite, took his time to listen to what I had to say. He was also very good at explaining my fractures so I understood why my pain was where it was and what we needed to fix it. I really did enjoy seeing the x-ray they had taken and him showing me the actual fractures in the x-ray image on his computer screen.

It usually doesn't take a long time to get an appointment with a doctor. They waiting room times are not overly long. The doctors are knowledgeable and will answer any questions you may have. However, they speak fast and it gives you a sense that they are rushing to get to their next patient. I have been happy with the testing and care I get overall.
