staff was friendly, including doctor. although, the only concern i did have was that the doctor was unaware of previous mri and xrays and took more. something i don't want to have to pay for twice. otherwise, very good services.

Everything. Everyone is efficient and friendly, from the front desk to the physician’s assistants to the radiology technicians. The physicians are on time yet spend time with you and not rush you trying to stay on schedule.

Dr Hastings and the staff at JOI were very efficient and professional. They were also friendly and I was amazed how quickly they took me back once I arrived and took my vitals, X-rays and saw the Dr in no time. I highly recommend JOI and Dr Hastings.
