Line is long at check in. (10 people ahead of me) However, they keep the line moving and have plenty of help checking patients in for their appointments. Everyone is very helpful and professional.

I was able to get a NP appointment soon after I called. My appointment was not rushed, even though I have several issues, Dr. Von Thron took the time to listen and address.

Efficient and "one-stop shop." We were able to get xray and then treatment in about a half hour visit.
Dr Taormina was pleasant and quick, immediately diagnosed my mother's arthritis in right knee and recommended cortisone shot, which we got at the same visit, and made a future appointment in case she needs a future shot.
One problem, though. He said he was prescribing a rub-on medicine but the pharmacy we use had not got the order buy 24 hours later.
Everyone at JOI is efficient, knowledgeable and are concerned about the whole patient needs. No matter what department you never wait long, and they are happy to answer any questions you have. They are the best orthopedic specialists ever!!
