I have gone to Dr Smith since 2007 and trust him so much. I’ve had shots, a knee replacement, scopes, etc and he is the best.
I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with the care I received at Baptist South. Every aspect of my experience was top shelf, from the initial visit, to pre-op (or PACE), to the actual surgery procedure. I was never so happy to learn that my surgeon was a man of God, who even took the time to pray with me. This is my second knee replacement. I sustained extensive bruising and extreme pain as a result of the first one so you an image my apprehension this time. How wonderful it was to unwrap my dressings and find virtually no bruising. Even my pain levels have been minimal. What a difference going to the right place to begin with!
I have now been to JOI twice and both times my experience was perfect. From parking, to check in to interaction with the nurses, X-Ray tech or Dr. Kaplan himself, there was no flaw in the chain. Professional, courteous .... and also on time (go figure)!

I have always had wonderful care at JOI. I had both knees replaced a broken ankle taken care of and now back problem. And I really like their physical therapy people at the monument road location Chad and the therapists are top notch. They are great at getting me appointments and I never have to wait when I get there
Dr Keller was thorough and asked several questions. I left needing more tests but felt like the problem was addressed completely. Treated with compassion and respect.
Dr. Steinberg was very attentive and provided very satisfactory information and options for the pain in my joints. He and his staff were all very efficient, professional and friendly. His injections seem to be helpful at this point.

Dr. Solis and his team were very kind and made efforts to establish personal connections, making sure I was comfortable for the whole process. Everything went efficiently and smoothly.
