The speed of the whole process! I don't even remember getting out of the car to walk into the building. I got there at 2 in the morning, signed in, and waited for what seemed like 6 and a half hours. Wasn't really JOI's fault, I can't tell time or own a watch- place didn't open till 8:30. Afterwards, I was headed back to my car and my wooden leg fell off in the parking lot. Out of nowhere, Nancy Sands responds with screws and a small Hand drill to assist. She said that Charles usually assists with these things, but he is headed to the Bahamas for a luxury weekend at a popular nudist colony. The whole experience was incredible. I think the closer of the experience was having Nancy hop on a wheelchair, pop a wheelie and yell out, "HEFFERDAWG!!! Definitely, will come back.
