I was most impressed by the ease of scheduling my appointment with Dr. Tandron at the San Marco office of JOI. My first patient appointment was scheduled within a week and was handled most professionally by phone and text with instructions of where to park and how to enter the building for my appointment. Upon arriving at my appointment, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff who verified my insurance information and was instructed how to proceed to the office waiting room. I was invited back to the office exam room and was triaged and informed of the office procedures. I was assessed, examined and evaluated by Jenny McDaniel, NP very thoroughly with explanations during the exam and how we would proceed with x-rays at the office. The x-rays were discussed in great detail along with a model of a knee joint to explain the intricacies of the joint as pertained to the x-ray results. I was most impressed by the manner in which I was assessed and the manner in which the results were explained to me, a non-medical person. It was a very caring, intentional time of sharing information regarding my visit. Dr. Tandron assessed my knee and was most attentive in explaining his impression of the x-ray results and the follow-up care with diagnostic imagining and physical therapy. Dr. Tandron is a physician who is patient and inspires trust and has the patient's best interest at heart. Also, I need to share that Dr. Tandron remembered my son's ACL surgery 24 years ago! Need I say anymore?!
All the special stuff and attention off the Doctor Martin ; he take his time for checking my oldest records; and explain to me everything about , the plan to follow my case !!
