Help. Bathrooms are filthy. Mold in hand dryer, heavy lint on fans, vents. Carpets are damp and a little smelly.
I love the early morning classes (HPF). It sets a great pace for the rest of the day. The teachers are awesome, Jacqueline and Marika are excellent and seem to really enjoy what they do.
The atmosphere is relaxing and the instructors are so friendly.

The teacher was great!
The teacher is the absolute best around. Ivana is outstanding and she puts so much work into giving us the best possible workout. She matches the moves to the music and puts together routines that are challenging and I follow her all around the area. I live the closest to Arlington Heights, but I will travel to other studios to have Ivana as my teacher even if there is another teacher doing a sculpt class at the same time in Arlington Heights. We are very lucky to have Ivana as our teacher and I am thankful for her!

It was fantastic the instructor was very encouraging and enthusiastic. The studio was a great size and had all of the amenities.
This a very friendly well run well organized studio. I'm a huge fan and attend classes regularly. Parking can be tight when they are busy but there is an overflow lot which I just discovered.
