Great workout. Always different but doable
Very friendly and helpful staff! I walked out of the class feeling amazing. My only recommendation would be to either have a bigger space to accommodate the class size or lower the class size to give everybody enough room to do each workout comfortably. Overall, great experience!
The studio has good vibes and the instructor, Sabre was amazing. I love her class, her energy, and her sequence with some challenging poses that pushed me just enough forward.

Summer’s Sunday Community Class is a highlight in my week. I love her calm nature and the way she guides the class effortlessly through the poses.
I love the local team and culture. I have used studios in 5 other markets whike traveling, ans appreciate the consistently great resources. I wish you had a location in Grenville, SC.

So far having a great experience - really nice studio and friendly staff. Will most likely become a member but I'm going to try out different times due to traffic being so crazy in the morning! So I'm hoping the 10am classes will be easier to get to. But also I need to comment on the amount of classes you have - it's so nice to have a variety of times to choose from that sync with my work schedule!
