Marissa is an amazing teacher. It is clear she takes a lot of time and thought to prepare her interesting and challenging classes. My only suggestion would be turning down the lights throughout the class. The blaring bright lights detract from the calm, serene environment she naturally creates.
The teacher was great, but the volume of music was 90 dB this is WELL into the territory of sound that causes both hearing loss hearing damage and tinnitus(ringing). With this volume level people will have permanent injuries.
CorePower has provided such a strong sense of community in my life, as well as a healthy outlet for movement and sweat. Taking sculpt classes is the highlight of my week every week.

Rita was a great instructor and the heat was cranking. Nice studio and easy parking. I appreciate the heat/humidity was turned up.

After taking several months off, walking back into CPY was like getting a big hug from an old friend! Angel, the best Sculpt teacher ever, enthusiastically greeted me by name right when I walked in, which surprised and comforted me that she remembered me! The class was amazing, as always! I left feeling inspired, grounded, thankful, and vowed to come back more for the self care and positive energy!!!

I liked that it was a great workout, there were very glad to be there looking people, the music was great, just my style though slightly different, the workout incorporated unique training I feel like I must need bc still sore!
I have been loving the Yoga Sculpt Classes. The staff is super friendly and approachable. Its all around been a great addition to my workout routine.

I just went to my first class and will definitely be coming back. Tina the instructor was so positive and Yoga Sculpt was challenging but fun. I am looking forward to trying new classes and locations too!
Fabulous sequence. Ease into it with smooth sun A and a better Sun B. Slow and control and back to the same muscle group to burn it out, then switch it up to other muscle groups. Light Cardio in the beginning and then in the middle.
Music was spot on and Dani adjusts the volume as needed with giving directions and boosting the sound!
The slow movement and burning my muscle out has been a favorite! Not a lot of crazy movements, just a fabulous workout. Thanks

Please bring back a daily one-hour 6 am sculpt! I live 25 minutes away so the Monday 5:30 is just too early. Please extend Shawnee's Tuesday to a full hour.
