I love the instructors and the classes offered. I would like to see more classes offered before the evenings like starting at 3PM or 4PM. I also like to have Core power Strength X full body at this Cary location .
The high workout quality of the various class offerings and the consistent attention to detail posture and cues by all the instructors. Hands down CorePower Yoga provides the best all around workouts of any gym I’ve attended.
I love the variety of classes offered and the number of classes throughout the day- I can choose times at my convenience according to my schedule. Particularly love the offerings of Hot Yoga as well.

Love Rosedale! I would love to see more evening and early morning sculpt classes. A 6:00-6:45 class would be amazing!
