This studio was where I started everything. I love Angel, she’s honestly what I would picture if I created my own yoga sculpt teacher. Fun, easy going, creative, a little crazy, but very professional. Wendy is here too, and she has changed my yoga practice for the better immensely. She had amazing adjustments for people and helps keep everyone’s form safe and comfortable. So glad I found them both!!!
The St Louis Park location in MN has my top three favorite teachers I’ve ever had. Bre, Leslie and Ally are not only unbelievable with their teaching abilities, but also extreme motivators who pay attention to form to keep us all safe. Every time they’re on the schedule, I book their class. I see Bre today and I am very excited!!!

Love HPF with Angela and Amanda! I hope the studio will never have to compromise and turn down the heat because of complaints from beginners. I’ve noticed many other teachers and studios will lower the heat when people complain, but HPF is advertised and offered as the hottest class, with a listed range of temperatures and humidity. If people can’t handle it, they shouldn’t be in class. Another suggestion for corporate to consider is to have HPF I and HPF II, then all the beginners can just take the easier class instead of forcing more advanced students to compromise.

I try to make Coco’s classes every week - she’s awesome! Very high energy and high intensity, but she’s always encouraging clients to modify if needed. I’d highly recommend giving her class a go if you’re looking for good vibes and a great workout!
