The Park Ridge CPY Studio is amazing. I specifically enjoy all the Yoga Sculpt instructors. I have tried other gyms and forms of exercise and always come back to CPY's yoga sculpt classes but know it is truly the instructors that make it so enjoyable and impactful. Clara is a great manager. Approachable, caring, kind, funny, and has truly made the Park Ridge studio feel like home and family!

It’s very dynamic. The recent classes i have taken move through challenging poses, which I love, but also find time for more meditative movements. The classes strike a nice balance in this regard. I like how they set and intention at the start and we bring it back to that intention at the end.
I love Rosedale!! Would love more evening/ weekend sculpt classes or even a 5:45 am class!
