I go to the Highland studio bc of the instructors. In particular, Colin is by far one of the best if not the best sculpt instructor in the Twin Cities. I have been going to Corepower for years and he is amazing.

PCM CorePower has such a wonderful group of instructors - you can get a variety of workouts, different music vibes, and intensity. I look forward to my workouts & really love that the instructors take time to learn names from people who come frequently, it’s a nice boost during a workout to hear your name and words of encouragement! Very happy I made the swap to being an unlimited member at CP and feel it’s well worth it!

Variety of classes are great and all my aches and pains from running etc have melted away ever since I started core power 7 years ago! Better than any gym any day!

Incredible rooftop yoga! Teacher Ali creates the perfect blend of challenge & relaxation as the sun sets. Clear cues, great energy & good views. Left feeling centered & strong. Highly recommended
