I recently joined core power and I am loving it! I am new to yoga but the whole team makes you feel very welcome! It is not at all intimidating or overwhelming. I feel like here I can learn and practice at my own pace without feeling conscious.

I love the energy that is surrounded in the studio. My first visit was so welcoming and got to meet one of my favorite instructors, Carmilla. She made me feel very comfortable right away. She has a way of connecting with people that is so rare to find. I can’t get enough of her classes !!
