I took Amani S Halloween sculpt class on Friday October 31st at 430pm at brickell in Miami FL. And I wanted to give a huge shoutout to her, she was AMAZING!!! She gave so much entertainment with her costume and spooky Halloween choreography and it means so much to me as a student the effort she clearly put in to make it fun and also an amazing workout/class!!

I like the instructors for the most part. People are nice and I like that core power has taught about ways to create access for yoga for people who traditionally can't afford it or are afraid to be apart of it to learn more.

I always love how kind and attentive the staff at Core Power are. My instructor, Linda, does a wonderful job of encouraging us to grow rather and attempt new things (within our comfort zone) without worrying about doing things perfectly. She also does a wonderful job of giving correction in a compassionate but detailed manner. I always enjoy my experiences here and feel great afterwards. I would 100% recommend anyone to try Core Power!
Instructors, heat, low lighting in studio (not too bright), validated free parking.
I appreciate that my class wasn’t cancelled even though I was the only one signed up. This made for a wonderfully personal experience with an excellent teacher. Also, the studio and locker rooms were very clean. I appreciate that.

It’s a great workout. I need the push of an awesome group workout. It was hard the first few times, but I quickly got the hang of it and noticed immediate results.
