I love Core Yoga because it challenges me both physically and mentally. Every class helps me build strength, improve flexibility, and find balance while giving me time to reset and focus on myself. I always leave feeling stronger, more centered, and energized.

Great workout but the music was sooo loud it was painful, couldn’t hear the instructor at all. I Even the cool down which is suppose to be relaxing the music was still hard core and loud.

I like the studio lay out and the instructors. They are very conscientious of the students and their experience. I have received the most V BP D and MAC cues where ai can actually feel the right muscles fire up. They choose quality over sensationalism.
