Laura is awesome. I'm a big fan of her routines. I'm not a pro at this by no means but I definitely walk out of her class feeling like I earned every bead of sweat. All the coaches there are great but she is at the top for me. I would recommend this place whole hardedly.

I love Chris Jackson he is the most amazing inspiring teacher I have had in my 4 year time with CorePower!!! I would loveeeee to see him on the schedule for more 6:30 am classes around Dallas.

Instructor was very good! It was challenging to keep up but she made it easy to try harder.
Nice to get a good cardio with strengthening exercises at the same time. I lift weights but it’s definitely not the same as going to the gym and the mental aspect of it felt great for my body, mind and soul.
