I really love the classes here. The teachers are all so kind and skilled, great music, clean and friendly. My only complaint is that the mirrors are often very dirty. Otherwise, I am happy with Core Power.

I’ve gone twice. The instructor Joyce is excellent. It’s C1 and her instruction is clear and concise. Challenging but she recognizes the nature of the class so she helps the less experienced get the most out of the hour too.

Deepali's class is sooooooo wonderful. It's calming and relaxing (she has an incredibly soothing voice and an intentional approach to how she cues and the messages that she brings in throughout the class). I regularly practice at Eden Prairie and Minnetonka but drive to Edina just for her classes :)!

The teachers are so encouraging and friendly and are able to talk through through the poses clearly so that I understand how to improve. I look forward to practicing with them.
