I’ve been to other core power classes before, but this was by far my favorite I’ve ever been to. The energy from both the instructor and others in the room was incredible AND it was a great workout. Will definitely be back!
I am a senior / retired woman and I LOVE the yoga sculpt workout - the combination of yoga, cardio and WEIGHTS is the best-- I did hot power yoga for years , but was still losing Bone density - so I started adding weights to my other gym workouts - but with core power I get everything in one-I told my primary care dr that I was doing core power and she is ecstatic- she does it also!
Nobody told my generation we needed weights- so so happy to see all the "young girls " under 40 in class- I would love to get their moms there!

Excellent teachers and a fantastic location.
I had my first class with Madelyn and she was just the best! She makes such a welcoming and accommodating environment while also creating the space for me to challenge myself. I would 100% recommend this class to anyone and everyone!

Love the teachers at this location and times of Yoga Sculpt classes. Ideally water bottle system gets fixed at this location. Water filter needing to be replaced frequently makes me wonder what's going on with the water in this area (is it safe?) and if the system is working correctly. Given the frequently of use of this facility (heavy attendance location) I would like to advocate for some refresh/repairs of the facility. Love this location. Wish it was as "new" as the Kendall Square location.
I like how welcoming and judgement free the people there are as well as how they walk you through the experience and truly engage everyone in a positive, friendly, encouraging way.

CorePower is incredibly inspiring — each instructor brings their own unique energy and style to every sequence. I almost always leave the studio feeling empowered and amazing.
I just have a few personal preferences I wanted to share:
• It would be great to add a 4:30 Yoga Sculpt class at the Brentwood location.
• The Yoga Sculpt classes don’t seem to be as medium-high heat as they used to be.
• I’d love to see more Jess/Shannon workshop yoga classes on the schedule!
We were in town visiting and used to go to this location when we lived in MPLS. Love the NE studio!!

Sculpt and C2 classes are my lifeline, keeping me fit and feeling great!
Absolutely LOVE the instructors, Rachel U, Casey S, Kassidy P, Camille M. They make it fun and have you looking forward to the workout!! 10/10

I had a great experience at myfirst Core Power Hot Yoga class in Minnnetka. Room was perfect temp, teacher was friendly and accessible, flow was easy to follow and breathing exercises a real plus. Will be back!
Flavia’s class was incredible! I’ve never taken such a phenomenal instructor who focuses on full body strength like her. I have been so tired the last 2-3 days due to soreness from my squats and heavy lifting. Only class where majority, if not all students had weights heavier than 15-25 pounds which I’ve never seen in a Core Power class before.

I would just like to recommend or make two suggestions:
1. That the room be held in silence before yoga begins and afterwards upon departing.
2. That no chemicals be used in the studio....use witchhazel and essential oils for cleaning mats........so we don't breathe in chemicals after our lovely yoga practice.
