Great class! A few low priority CPY5 comments: no theme launched. Could use better theming through class. Slow flows had very controlled breath. Inhale to pose. Cue cue cue. Cued exhale. Inhale one last time, exhale to next pose. Done in every slow pose.
Otherwise excellent cues and fantastic flow.
I always leave here feeling great (and so sweaty)!

Would be nice to have cleaning wipes for your mat / the blocks and stuff after class.
All of the instructors are so welcoming and warm hearted. They were able to make me feel comfortable in a new space. The classes were challenging and uplifting.

It is a vigorous workout in a warm or hot room. I mostly go to Yoga Sculpt and Hot Power Yoga classes each week to get a nice blend of conditioning, strength building, flexibility and relaxation.
