I always enjoy the teachers and their dedication to teach.
Merrifield mens locker room had two benches and now there is only one.
The remaining bench is wobbly and really seems more like a magazine rack.
Most instructors at the Arlington Heights CPY are experienced and provide challenging classes. The facility is always clean.
For sculpt, I recommend you make people who need to leave early leave their weights in place. it's vey dangerous at the end of class when the room is dark and people are stepping over things and peoples heads with heavy weights.

I like the variety in each of the classes. I don’t like when teachers teach the same class every week.
It would be nice if they could always have wipes for our mats. Seems like more often than not, they are out.
Also, this is a come t for all Core Power classes, but we never are guided through any stretches at the end of yoga sculpt for our arms or chest—just our legs. A good portion of the class is won’t in our arms and it would be nice to have a little stretch for that as well.
Liz did a holiday sculpt class Christmas Eve Morning. She was outstanding. Her class was fun and challenging. Went super fast. Would recommend Liz to anyone. I have taken Robyn on Grand too. She is awesome. Her class has a higher cardio/HIT base that is different, fun and a great workout. Instructors are great.

This was my first CorePower class and I really enjoyed the format. Trevor was a knowledgeable, supportive, and fun instructor. The location/ view from the classroom is also a huge plus

Was welcomed by the sweetest squad at the front desk- for some reason my booking wasn’t showing up and I brought my boyfriend as a walk in. They were quick to get us both taken care of, and we had the most incredible class with Bernice. HPF was exactly as described, and I loved how there were short holds for poses but no judgement if it was too long/you were always prepped with options for increasing difficulty or scaling back. Having only ever done sculpt, I’l absolutely be back for HPF at this location, we will my boyfriend. We loved it!!!
It’s a good location and comfortable area. The instructor is soothing and motivating.
Love the classes! I have only done the sculpt classes but I really love them. I will say it would be nice if maybe the lights were lower and the blinds were closed? Also, some studios I go to for yoga provide a cold towel at the end of class and I love that so that would be the only downside of Corepower! Other than that it's amazing :)

I absolutely loved the class and teacher, but the studio was sooooo dirty. I didn't even want to put my mat down on the floor because it was so dirty and so covered in stuff, it was really gross and made me not want to touch anything.

I think it would be especially helpful if classes with a very techno heavy playlist were titled as such on the schedule?
Idk if its just me, but this type of music can be very jarring and anxiety inducing for me lol.
Very good workout and stretching
The CPY team is engaging and professional, and they have an obvious camaraderie that includes their members. Jake leads a phenomenal HPF, personalizing it to marry the structured format with his individuality. The studio is spotlessly clean.
