The instructors are so great. Music is wonderful. I’ve been taking a lot of sculpt classes at westbend. The other day I took a fusion class with Kymberly, I believe, to stretch and center myself. This was the most challenging class I’ve ever taken. She was so knowledgeable and soothing in her presentation, and her flow was beautiful. I also enjoyed her playlist. I don’t think my body has ever pushed itself this hard. I needed it. Love CorePower
