The Upper East Side has the best staff! I love how welcoming everyone is, staff members help guide us through the flow, and the environment just feels welcoming.

Love this studio. I'm from California and this studio is one of the best I've ever been. The only note I would have is that the men's showers don't have hot water. I enjoy cold water therapy, but sometimes you need a little warmth.

It's great that I am able to get in almost any class, the instructors are great. I do think they get a bit too crowded at times and I do wonder about how often the studios are cleaned after each session.

Great facility, fantastic instructors
Love the enthusiasm of the team and I can always expect a great work out. However, the amenities are lacking. They’re always running out of wipes and Kleenex, and the water fountain is broken once a month.
The facility is super comfortable. The staff is super professional and friendly.

I love Nicole N’s class, she pushes your limits but doesn’t make class too challenging to accomplish. I really feel like I grow in my practice taking her classes. I like the heat level in her class because its on the hotter side and I get a nice sweat on, which I want to do at ~hot yoga~
