Claudia the instructor was amazing! This was my first yoga sculpt class and I really enjoyed it. The only thing I would say is how crowded the class is, but I understand being in NYC.
With great teachers like Roxy and Farley, every class is a unique exciting exploration. Those two excel creating fun and challenging classes.

Great classes, predictable, would love to have the studio reinstate a no phone in Studio policy-so miss that. It seems contradictory to the yoga experience to have participants scrolling their phones before class.

I like coming to this location even though it’s farther away than other locations! Staff is nice and friendly. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Classes are always on point 10/10. The yoga instructors really make the difference they deserve a raise.

This was the first time I was at this Specific studio. I loved it!
Have been a member for 5 years, (over 1500 class). The finest yoga studio have ever been a member of. Instructors are superb with an excellent teacher training program which has provided very fine instructors.
The expansion of the sculpt program to include upper and lower body strength has added more opportunities which has been well received.
Facility is very clean. Daily thorough cleaning of bathrooms and showers. Many long term members

the instructors are amazing and the workout is great. as someone who is very new to yoga, they explained the moves very well and made me feel welcomed. i was never nervous about showing up to class not knowing how to do a move or position
The heat, humidity, and consistency of studios nationwide. I recently moved from Southern California and was there for almost 20 years. I now live in Rhode Island, and though I have to drive an hour to the nearest CP, it’s worth it to me! Makes me feel like home. I’d love to see a CP in Providence, RI or Hartford, CT, or even New Haven, CT.

I love my Saturday mornings at Core Power! Grateful for Wendy, our fantastic instructor & all the other yogis that bring such a special energy to this class.
