The instructor was great. The class was challenging enough but I didn't think I was going to die. There were a lot of people in the class but I didn't feel likle everyone was on top of each other. The music selection was very good and the instructor gave excellent verbal cues.

I go to CorePower because of Anna’s classes. She is a fantastic instructor. Great energy, always providing helpful feedback, and I always feel better after going to her classes. She is the best!

Other instructors are very good as well. At times music is too loud and difficult to hear. Also, not all instructors consistently provide clear guidance on when to use heavy vs. light weights

CorePower LaGrange is absolutely AWESOME! Previously, I was going to CorePower in the city and recently started in LaGrange since we moved and it is the BEST! Having moved to a place where I did not know anyone, CorePower instantly became my community. Everyone is the most kind, thoughtful, inspiring and just awesome. I look forward to each day I show up on my mat to not only receive one the best workouts but also a place where really, everyone knows your name.
