Great Sculpt classes.
I really like the availability of schedules and class options. I love the coaches, they are very kind, attentive and always help you. I have been training here for 7 months and I have made a lot of progress after my twin pregnancy.

I love corepower community, classes, and teachers but the classes are way too crowded now that Ohio State students are back in town. Regulars are having to be put on a waitlist! Would be great to have another studio in town.

I am so impressed with the yoga instructors! They are so helpful, supportive and enthusiastic. I felt welcomed and enjoyed the classes! The CorePower classes are an amazing experience. The combination of challenging, meditative and calming make them unique and powerful. I love CorePower Yoga! It’s now part of my weekly plan.
The studio staff is welcoming and the facilities are clean.
I absolutely love CorePower Minnetonka! The sense of community Lindy and her team all create is truly something special—it's clear that making everyone feel welcomed and valued is a priority. The variety of classes offered is fantastic, catering to all levels and preferences, which keeps things fresh and exciting.
However, I'd love to see a hot yoga class added on Thursdays. It would be a great addition to the schedule and provide more flexibility for those of us who enjoy that style. Keep up the amazing work—this place is truly a gem in the community!

Joanna is excellent with her instructions. Loved her way of soft reminder to engage core and focus on proper alignment of the body! This typw of reminder is essential to maximize the benefits of yoga practice and prevents any injury! Thank you for delivering a wonderful hpf class! Excellent job!
Ryan’s sculpt class was great. I enjoyed his flow and it felt like a C2 with weights and not a crazy boot camp trying to kill me.

Pros about the Deerfield studio
1. 1/2 mile from my home
2. Cleanliness focus
3. Ample room for the classes that I take
4. HPF and StrengthX classes offered when convenient to my schedule
5. Instructors allow for solitude for those who want minimal engagement, like me
6. Students focused on their own practices and typically not prone to small talk
Challenges with the Deerfield Studio
1. Parking can be a challenge.
2. Certain classes only allow a 15 minute transition between classes held in the same area
3. Not a great offering of CR classes. The 1 or 2 that are offered weekly are led by instructors
not familiar with teaching a CR class. By that, I mean the instructor verbalizes during a 3-5
minute hold for each pose. Very distracting for me. Less is more with CR instruction.
4. I value an extended savasana. It allows my nervous system to clam. It also allows lactic
acid blood to re-oxygenate when my legs are inverted. Because the Deerfield HPF area
temperature reaches 104 to 108 degrees, extended savasana allows sufficient cool down.
Not all instructors are sensitive to this preference of mine and will either verbally or non
verbally give hints that my extended presence following the end of class is not welcome.
Cleanliness of the space and positive like-minded people taking time to complete a class, thank you!

It was perfect practice. Nice class size - not too crowded. Masha was terrific.
