Core Power is a unique environment and the reason is one feels like they are in a Sauna and experience Yoga in a different way. It’s a friendly and polite environment helping one to experience yoga. I recommend it for some one who practice s yoga. Thank you for letting me practice yoga with you.
Gitana was amazing! You can feel her welcoming energy at the check in desk! She provided good direction as well as encouraging words when class was getting tough. Definitely what I needed. I appreciate the free class, it’s a way to introduce different teachers. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the locker room, which seems to be the same thing at most studios. CPY needs to hire an actual cleaning service or cleaning staff instead of girls looking to get a discount on their membership. This is unacceptable for the price that we pay. My gym membership is nowhere as expensive expensive and they have cleaner facilities.

I love CorePowerYoga especially the instructors. I would like to request more 15lb weights especially for the CSX classes. There is always a shortage and feel like you cannot maximize the benefits of those specific classes weight lower weights.
CorePower Yoga in Glenview has always been a go to studio for me. The teachers are excellent and the schedule is very good. This past week I took Laura‘s C2 class and it is always on my calendar. She is a great teacher and I look forward to that class every week.
I love CPY because it is the perfect mix of low intensity, high intensity, and weights while adding mindfulness to my workout by yoga poses, stretches, and breathing

I am from San Diego and was visiting DC. While walking back to my hotel I saw the City Center studio and was happy to attend a C2 class before flying back to San Diego.
Staff very welcoming! Class was challenging! Bought a CPY tank top, just wish it had DC on it.
