Loved the class / instructor
I really enjoy Sircey's classes. They are always organized, balanced (some instructors seem to forget to even each side out!), and are on the beat to great/relatively appropriate music (this also seems difficult for many instructors). I know everybody has their favorite types and preferences of classes/music/instructor, but Sircey's hits the mark on everything for me and I will go out of my way to attend more! You can tell she puts a lot of thought into the classes.
Varaly is the best!!! Amazing Halloween HPF class! She is one of the ultra rare yoga teachers at Core Power that really understands the practice and helps her students go beyond with their yoga practice.
She should be a master teacher at corepower and Varaly is exemplary of what a yoga teacher with true experience and understanding of yoga should be at corepower.
Intense and fun!
I love CPY roscoe village. The teachers and staff are great, parking is easy, the studio is clean. If I could ask anything of the studio it would be to do more special themed C2 classes. These are so fun to see on the schedule for a special music, or themed day, but I notice them more at other studios or sculpt. Would love to get some morning C2 action in, I would be more likely to come in for more classes. Or also workshops. I would happily pay to sign up for an inversion workshop, or a special themed workshop that is off schedule and something new to try.
BETHESDA continues to give stellar classes on firepower yoga - the only one I do
It was a great experience!
Love CP YOGA!!
Brentwood AND Green Hills!
I love every minute of the sculpt yoga!
Had an amazing experience and will most definitely be coming back!
My instructor was incredible and very helpful for a newbie such as myself.
Great!
The strength classes are awesome and have gotten very popular. As a women in my 20s, I think strength training is only growing in popularity and will be the future for females working out. I take the class both in the city where I live and a few times a month in hinsdale. Andrea, Gina, Jacqueline, and Lauren all have fantastic strength classes. That being said, the class needs to be in a different room. It needs to be in a room with more space and mirrors on the sides and front so you can safely check your form to prevent injury. Also with so many heavy weights that room doesn’t feel safe. Keeping the room upstairs which I know every student I have talked to hates will make the class less popular and would be very unfortunate.
Love the workouts, locations, and times offered. Only downside is paying for towels when other studios in the area don’t make you do that since yoga memberships are already pricey per month.
Facility is nice clean and welcoming. Great community.
wonderful instructor
Great classes & instructors
So far I like the classes and the teachers. For me, it's great that it's close by to my house
Stephanie is a great Yoga Instructor. She engages all students and takes time to teach each student one on one how to properly perform the various exercises.
Roxy is my favorite yoga sculpt teacher. Amazing class. She puts so much into her class. It shows. The best.
Nice place, like yoga instructors. My niece lives in Chicago, I was visiting. They didn’t make me feel lame for stepping out after 45 minutes. I have been to hot yoga in years. I think I did pretty well for 66. Glad I stepped away, my heart rate was up to 156 and had dropped below 110 where it normally is within 5 minutes. I do a lot of pilates but no yoga consistently and not hot in years. I wasn’t well hydrated most likely!

Really grateful for corepower yoga on grand!
I am a Yoga newbie, and my first time here was a great experience! TU!
I really enjoy CorePower Yoga and appreciate the variety of classes offered. I do have a question about shoe etiquette, though. I’ve noticed caddies by the entrance, which seems to suggest a place to store shoes. The floors are generally clean for walking barefoot from the entrance to the changing rooms and into the studios. However, I’ve observed that more people are wearing shoes all the way to the changing rooms and even near the studio entrances. Given the nature of yoga, keeping these areas free of outside shoes seems important, especially with winter approaching, when outdoor conditions can make it harder to maintain a clean space. Could you clarify any guidelines around this?
Drew Crowley is the best yoga instructor I have ever had in 40 years of yoga. She is highly knowledgeable and extremely enthusiastic. The entire class loves her leadership.
So far, I am enjoying the flexibility of taken classes late at night. The classes are super fun and engaging!
Amazing
Really good class.
Ash is absolutely amazing. Not only does she flow perfectly hitting all the muscles but the music and challenge is second to none. She is also very encouraging. Can't say enough!

I love Winnetka instructors. Studio could use more space but I appreciate that you cap the class size.
