The Instructors at the OPRF Studio are THE BEST! Amy T., Amanda Thompson, Laurie Solberg, Gigi Jones are all top notch, so encouraging and technically so astute about all the elements of yoga that are so important to "get right".
I was in Chicago for NYE visiting a friend and had the privilege of taking a class or two while I was in town. The studio staff and instructor were so kind and the classes were challenging! The locker room was nicer than my home studio (which was a plus). I would def recommend this studio to anyone in the River North neighborhood.

Everything, except there is a HUGE need for additional weights at the Bethesda, MD studio. With two studios, when classes occasionally overlap, there are insufficient weights for students in both classes/studios. This has been true for many, many months and definitely undermines the full benefits of a sculpt class. Thanks for your consideration!
I love how each class had a different style and flow to it keeping it challenging but it still incorporated the fundamentals of stretching, strengthening, and balance.

Love this studio - the community that Lindy fosters, and that Dani creates in her hot yoga classes and her 45 min sculpt class is empowering to all attendees. I love the community that I have found and continue to celebrate with each week. My only concerns more due to CorePower as a whole and not the studio- we are still missing the shoe cubicle and it is chaos between classes, the new woven lights are hung too low to foster communication and there are no hot yoga class available within the entire district on Thursdays after 4 pm.

Have noticed attendees are bringing quite a few personal items with them to class. Yoga Sculpt is usually very full. If attendees would place their weights and their personal items on their mats, this would create more space for others. I feel like people camp out like it is Ravinia. Space is limited. Can you remind attendees to eliminate bringing their personal items into class and to utilize their mat as their space rather than the perimeter of their mat?

Love Core Power! One suggestion for Lisa Marie (instructor at Edina) - I took one of your classes and loved it, but could not hear any of your instructions. The music wasn't necessarily too loud, but without any voice enhancement (speaker/microphone), my daughter and I couldn't hear a word you were saying. Otherwise, a fantastic class!
Love the yoga scupt classes I’ve been to in the evenings. Teachers are fun, enthusiastic and supportive.

I believe the instructor is good and has the ability to show me the move the right way. I really like the style and music touch with the workout ans it improves my physical stamina and helps me maintain my body.
