Love the C2 and Sculpt classes!
Would love to see the core workout parts integrated more through out. Like maybe core section in the earlier part of class and later again near the end.

Great staff, friendly and welcoming environment
I go to the Mt Pleasant location which is located in South Carolina. SC is a hot and muggy place. The HVAC in this location absolutely needs to be addressed with 58 people in the room. Other than adding heat, the air does not move. Sometimes the instructors don’t even turn on the heat because the room is already hot at the start. They have to open the door and fan it to get the air to move. We could push ourselves more at the end of class without having trouble breathing.
Really enjoyed the HPF classes. Then took a chance with Yoga Sculpt and Strength X. The classes are Amazing. I feel stronger than I have in years. Most of my life, I had a Gym Membership. The workouts at CorePowerYoga are challenging and enjoyable in a way the gym is not, I never thought I would say that. I feel balance, strength, coordination and have unexpectedly enjoyed the shared group training experience. The group energy does inspire !
And, the CPY Teachers are great, some of the best I have experienced in 30 years of taking yoga classes in studios all around Chicagoland.

Opportunity to deep clean studio. Mirrors need to be wiped down, floors mopped. Etc.
I always leave classes getting a good sweat on!! I enjoy the variety of classes offered. All the instructors are great but Ava M is one of favorites. She has the best energy, is so encouraging and welcoming, her classes are the highlight of my week!

Really good workouts
At check in, I would appreciate the instructors reminding everyone about your house rules. Everyone in the front row was on their phone before and immediately after class. The girls next to me were being super chatty and I found it hard to focus. When I’ve taken classes with Karin she always reminds people so you don’t see that behavior in her classes. It would be great to see other instructors encourage respectful class etiquette
Pam is a great instructor, she checks in and motivates her class. The studio was clean and spacious.
