I just have to say, Aaron's class was one of the best I have attended. He was very easy to understand, had a great flow, described the postures clearly, was able to help everyone in the room anticipate the next move. And best of all, he really has a great way of putting his class into the right mindset. He used colorful metaphors and created visualizations that were easy to digest. It is no wonder his class was full and people obviously really love him. Aaron really sets the bar high and I cannot wait to take one of his classes again.
I had a great experience taking class with Megan Walsh! She is a terrific teacher with creative and challenging sequences. She is a great Saturday morning ritual.

Erin is the best, she makes everyone feel welcome and she's a wonderful instructor.
I really love the classes, but a couple things to pass along to the teachers, if you can:
1. Classes typically end up starting 2-3 minutes late (sometimes more), which means classes usually go past the end time. It's not the biggest deal, but I get there early so class can start on time, so just wondering why the teachers don't walk in right on time to start on time. I'm used to going to other fitness classes (orangetheory) and they literally start class on the dot - if a student is late, that's their problem.
2. When music is blasting, the teacher really needs to be using a microphone. So many times, I can't hear the teacher because the music is way too loud. If they aren't using a microphone, they really shouldn't make the music too loud.

Dan M is a great instructor, no matter the day or time, he always puts the class first and makes sure we are challenged but it is also a place of fun! some of the other team members aren't as supportive as he is.

I really enjoyed the Tuesday 7:15 C2 class which felt like a new offering. The studio is easy to get to with plenty of parking and the staff is always friendly!

I love going to Core Power Yoga-Fresh Pond. The teachers are knowledgeable and encouraging, and I always feel challenged and supported in their classes. I've been taking different types of classes, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my flexibility and strength. Thank you 💖🙌🏻🙏🏻
Christine's yoga restore class was excellent. She was clear and intentional in her instruction and created a powerful opportunity to practice yoga and mindfulness.
Love the staff and class options. Please keep C2s - seems like CPY is moving in direction of more and more Sculpt but AH has a large C2 community.

I have had two classes so far and both were challenging to me in different ways. Each time I had a great hour of exercise and was exhausted afterwards. I like that it is hot, so I get a good sweat. Both instructors were very good, which I needed being a beginner. The instructors were also very good about answering my questions after the class.
