It was a great first time experience -- as soon as I entered the studio Morgan was so friendly and welcoming. She led a challenging class but gave great cues and encouragement throughout. I specifically liked how she would shoutout certain members in the class; that really shows how well she knows her attendees! It was quite the drive from where I was coming from but I think it would be well worth it if I were to have similar experiences in the future. :)

CorePower Fresh Pond is a welcoming and clean space with multiple different practice rooms. The staff are friendly and engaging during classes.
I had a great time at Corepower Village District in Raleigh. The Yoga Sculpt class was at max capacity, and once you take the class you will see why. Very high energy and incorporated weights and body weight into the hour long practice. I enjoyed it and will be back.
I love that Uptoen added a six AM class. Sculpt. I have to go to Lakeview all other morning
I am a runner and this class helped me loosen up! I love music with the workout. The instructors are amazing and the moves go right with the beat of the music. The class is warm but with the non-stop movement you do not even realize how quick it goes by. I look forward to going again soon.

Took my first class at this studio. The instructor was new to the studio but really good. It was a good mix of sculpt, yoga, core & cardio. And great music.
