I feel it's a friendly and very well run place. Have been to a number of gyms etc and find this one to be a great combination of people who know what they are doing and are equally encouraging to newbies and the experienced.
It is an excellent workout and a great way to start the day!
It was a great workout. Can't lie haven't done a work out in a few weeks because traveling and let me say that was absolute death. Was amazing though because it prepared me for my first workout the next day as I was not dying as much. Felt great 10/10 would do again.

The 6AM schedule that balances Yoga Sculpt and Yoga classes is perfect for me for the work week. Instructors are great. I like the rigor of the Yoga Sculpt classes as I want to feel really worked out if I am going to make the 6AM investment of time....early, early mornings aren't always easy.
I like the cleanliness, selection of classes, instructors, etc.

The teacher I had on Sunday afternoon (12:15 class) was fabulous. She kept the energy up and brought a great vibe to a tough class. I love coming to this studio!
I started at CorePower Ballston back in December 2023, and since then, I have regularly attended classes. I’m 36 (almost 37) and I feel like I’m 21 again! I have so much energy, I feel stronger physically and mentally, and I don’t have any body aches or pains.
If it wasn’t for the amazing team including Billy, Emma A. and Ashley T. I don’t think I would have stayed with it. At a minimum I wouldn’t have consistently attended.

I love corepower. I do wish the uws studio was updated like some of the other studios in nyc. It is well loved…and has a great community, but could be nicer.
