I love the variety in types of classes and in the different types of instructors. Some studios try to hire a pretty homogeneous group of instructors whereas I love the variety of types of teaching styles and teachers Core Power offers. For example, my 2 favorite teachers are Sandy DeJohn and Suri...they are both so different, yet they are both INCREDIBLE! I love the variety.

This studio was clean and there are not too many people jammed in one room. I was a CPY member a long time ago and at several studios I went to, it was so packed in there that mats were literally within a few inches of each other. At CPY in MV, there was room to spread out which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, the staff were very nice and there was plenty of nearby parking, which is also appreciated.

i liked that it was a new corepower and all of the products they offered. the studio was still new so it was not very busy either. i would definitely go back!

I loved the use of essential oils in classes, the option if we wanted to respect our space in class and the kindness and openness of the instructors. I also appreciated the classes being quiet to respect everyone else's yoga experience in the room.

All instructors are extremely personable and welcoming. Classes are routine enough but also always fresh so you don't get burned out. Haven't taken anything less than a wonderful class at MV!
