I took a C2 with Kristen and this class was amazing. She challenged me and supported me with adjustments during my practice. I highly recommend this class and this studio!

Studio is so welcoming! Easy parking, Studio always clean and nicely merchandised but most of all I love your staff! Best Yoga Guides ever! I do miss the Lululemon line at the studios.

I love all the teachers and staff at the Mission Viejo location. The studios are niceand clean, the locker room is big and the showers are not crowded. Also the store has wonderful variety of clothing and accessories! I feel at home here.
