I absolutely LOVE CorePOwer Yoga. I am a "newbie" to Yoga but go to CPY nearly everyday. I have learned so much and truly enjoy every class I attend. As the teachers suggest, I try to attend all the various types of classes -- from C2, to HPF, to CoreRestore, to C3. Love them all. I am hooked!

Yoga class options, instructors, cleanliness. Please add more sculpt sessions and types of yoga!

very scientific start to end. end was classic. all teachers were expert. work out covers body, mid and soul. very peaceful and serene.

There is a variety of classes. The fusion class which is a hot class is perfect temperature...doesn't get up to 115 degrees like in some other studios. Studio is very clean.
