The heat and humidity in the smaller room is amazing and gives you the complete hot yoga experience I crave and need. Sandy DeJohn is the most amazing teacher and I always tell everyone they need to take her classes!

They may want to consider getting toilet seat covers for the women's restroom and a water cooler/filter like the one at Aliso. The water from the fountain at Mission tastes awful and is warm.

I have never had an instructor I didn't find inspiring and energetic and, as I like to say, Zenful.

The yoga classes I visited were great! The instructors seemed knowledgable and very willing to show different variations of certain moves and very caring of personal injuries! Overall a great experience!
