My sister Emily Last name removed introduced me to your yoga classes just this year. It's helped her with her scoliosis and stress so she thought it would help with my panic attacks which it surprisingly did. I've been trying to go at least once a month for a reset button. It also made me look into the oils you use and I put them around the house and with me when going anywhere.
I haven't had a series panic attack and hasn't needed my medication that gives you brain loss since... so I'm really loving that
