I love Nichole’s 75 min HPF on Sunday mornings!
Your instructors are the absolute BEST!
It is always a pleasure to practice at Mission Viejo. Watch out the temperature on studio 1 around 5ish as the sun sets the rays go directly into the studio and it makes the room heat up a lot quicker than expected. So on an HPF where the temperature might be expected by us to be toasty at 102ish, it raises up to 110! Or perhaps more. I understand the instructors have to follow temperature measures but perhaps they can use their judgement and be give a bit of leeway to ensure the room doesn’t overheat and can harm or deter some students from coming back. I went recently twice and the two times the heat got out of control. Some words of advice foe the betterment of the studio and to keep us all healthy, happy and focused on our practice amd not the over heat
Stacey was an awesome instructor - she was pleasant and welcoming at the desk and then she taught a challenging yet fun sculpt class.

I am so impressed by CorePower! This is my first experience with a yoga studio after attending classes at my local gym for the past year. Every teacher I have taken a class with so far has been incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I already feel as though I am part of the family even though I have only attended 3 classes. I love how clean and modern the studio feels, along with the variety of classes. Sadly I live in an area that does not have any CorePower studios (I am here on vacation this week), but I am planning on moving soon and the city I'm moving to has a good selection of CorePower studios. I absolutely plan on continuing as soon as I move and I am so grateful to have found CorePower!
I love the Mission Viejo Core Power! The studio is very inviting, the locker room is super clean, great amenities. The yoga teachers are really what make it the best. Kristen K, Mickee, Dishu, Candice, Nicole, and Caroline are all amazing instructors.
Location is great. The staff are always friendly. I love Core's sequence of poses.
I miss the 75 minute Saturday 8:30am class though.
The instructor Sarah was amazing! Tended to each yogi as the session progressed with help and encouragement. :)
Also enjoyed her music choices and heat of the room was on point. Thank you CP Mission Viejo for a great class

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The CR class was very relaxing and I felt like I got a good, deep stretch. (Music was a little loud, which made instructions a little hard to hear.)

Having frequented several studios and different teachers, Caroline Oss is the very BEST! Without writing an open letter about her, I can sum her best qualities here:
- Challenges us physically and mentally - I am inspired to be better than the last class, each time
- Incredibly patient- she has an ability to disarm even the most insecure new Yogi's
- amazing ambiance - her music is perfectly curated and her voice inflections enhance the yoga experience infinitely

Every instructor is amazing and the classes are extremely thorough for a novice yogy who just recently signed up 6 months ago. The workout sessions offer plenty of variety for any yogy trying to either improve their yoga practice or for those yogies attempting to improve their cardio. The workout sessions offer the ability to do daily without all the typical joint pain associated with other workout routines. I would highly recommend it from someone who had worked out with crossfire and bootcamp for seven years!
