Studio level instructors far exceed public gym memberships. Gym membership offer yoga but only teach to beginners level and do not offer hands on adjusting. The growth challenge ends within 6 months. If you want to grow in your practice and learn beyond the basics, studio yoga is the next step.
Very nice studio with friendly staff. I like that each instructor is different so each time I go I get a whole new experience. I also like that there is a large variety of times that are available because I can usually make one work with my schedule.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, beautiful and well-appointed facility. I wish there was a lower cost option for those that only have time to attend 1 or 2 classes a week.

The people and the teachers at the Mission Viejo Corepower are just phenomenal! Studio Manager Nicole Blumeyer is probably the nicest sweetest yogi that could ever welcome you as you enter the studio and her class is killer too! Shes 99% of the reason I chose mission over other locations like aliso and irvine (even though they are closer to me). They have two studios so they offer lots of classes throughout the day and its always sooooo clean. Ive been obsessed since I took my first class!
10/10 experience, CPY has been such a positive aspect of my life for the past 8 or 9 years. I might be your best advertising :)

The variety of classes
The studio is clean and the staff is so friendly! I'm almost finished with my free week trial and can't wait to become a member
Very welcoming and great classes. I love coming and think the overall concept and classes are very well thought out. I just wish they classes were more reasonably priced. Typically I shoot for around $15 a class and with the average package taking the price to well over $20 it can become price prohibitive.
