I am nearly 70 and find the schedule adequate to meet my needs. The instructors are generally very good. I took the instructor training myself many years ago as a bucket list item for a sixty year old before being sidelined with cancer, various surgeries, blood clots, and other annoying things. It is nice to go back after 7 or so years and catch a class that is still familiar and have a very good instructor. A C1 is a wonderful class for an old yogi who is trying to come out of retirement. I am sad they closed the Aliso Viejo studio. I have some wonderful memories and wonderful experiences with a really nice group of practitioners and teachers. I did Bikram in Laguna Beach for many years before transitioning over to CPY in Aliso Viejo. Kumi was the manager and absolutely wonderful as anyone who has met her or taken a class with her knows. Melissa, Hope, and Maggie are all stars and there are many, many others. Leah, Carolyn, Kelly, Heart Chakra, Cydney, Tess, Aree, Dava, Heather, Kevyn, Tulay, Audrey, Jana, Amy, Sandy, Dianne, Jenny, Lindsey, Tanya, Juli, Candace, and of course Shelley.
They will all have a special place in my heart

My husband and I took the fusion class. It was a sub, but she great!

I had such an amazing class taught by Caroline. Just what I needed before flying back to North Carolina the next day.

I’ve been going to CorePower for over 10 years now what I love about the studio is that I don’t need a gym. Not only do I get a great yoga Vinyasa flow but I also get a great sculpt workout as well. All the instructors are knowledgeable and enthusiastic in leading the classes.

I Love that there are class times throughout the day. No matter what my schedule is I can still make it to a yoga class. I like the instructors. I've been to 3 different studios and several different class times, but each and every time the instructor is knowledgeable and fantastic. I also love the cleanliness of the studio and the space. And I like the fact that the changing rooms have showers.

I loved the fact hat there are 2 rooms, so that means more classes. It’s large and spacious and I loved Kristi!

I took three C2 classes in my three day visit. Everyone was welcoming, the “vibe” was laid back and friendly, and of course the yoga was awesome. Studio and locker room were clean and comfortable. Left with my body, heart, and spirit nourished! Namaste!

The instructors make you feel very welcomed, and they provide difficult yet rewarding exercises. I absolutely love CorePower yoga, especially your sculpt classes. I took 3 of them in 24 hours because I was so obsessed. Keep doing what you are doing!

This my first class away from my home studio. The teacher was wonderful and the studio what comfortable. I really liked the women's​ dressing room and shower. Large and clean.
