The low impact/ high endurance strength build up is perfection for me!
As a Cancer survivor and recoverer, my strength and stamina where lost due to: chemo and radiation therapy’s, atrophy; because I could only eat through a feeding tube and going from 268 Lbs. down to 190 Lbs. leaves you quite feeble!
CorePower yoga has given me the best chance to regain my strength and possibilities of improvement! Plus the staff has been incredible: the technique, the routine and motivation has been a blessing in my life!

Studio is spotless, staff is always available with warm greeting and to assist. Yoga teacher/guides are excellent. Especially love having 2 studio rooms for more class options and flexible scheduling
