Great instructor, clean space, challenging classes and an overall good vibe. I’d buy classes here regularly if they ever lffered some type of deal. I try to stick between $15-$17 a classes but the CP classes packs are significantly more than that. Otherwise I really do like this studio.

Candice is a phenomenal teacher. Each class is thoughtfully constructed with a theme, music and postures which complement and build on one another. And the truly amazing part is that she does this week after week. Add genuine enthusiasm and caring for her students and anyone can see why her classes are so appealing. She is one of my all time favorite instructors and one of the primary reasons I keep my Corepower membership.

Took a C3 on a Saturday morning and of course it was amazing! Always great energy and spirit at MV.
Friendly and a great class
I love Corepower, however lately the heat has been inconsistent. It's a bit frustrating when you are looking forward to a good sweat and the heat isn't put to a level it should be.

My 60 minutes at Core Power is my favorite time of the day. No matter what city i am in, each club is consistent in care, quality and mindset. Its never a bad day at Core Power. More like a iittle slice of heaven.
Just MY favorite yoga practice, it encompasses all teachings, techniques and levels, not to mention the availability of class schedules throughout the day making it very convenient for a busy person like me.
