I love the candlelight sessions at 8:30. I am having a really hard time in life, and this is something that helps me in evenings. I love it! and thank you!

Instructors are superb!! I really appreciate how Kate & Natalie (early morning) Lisa & Lisa (afternoon) mix it up. They have an intuitive sense of what we need...I especially am grateful they open the back door for us guys who are at their limit- a little fresh air gives us a boost.
I also like that we set an intention "Humility brings Wisdom" "quietness allows us to listen" "apply what you do on your mat to your life...overcome adversity...learn to breath during tough situations"
In short, each instructor brings their "A" game and they have a sense of humor!!
The Sculpt class may be the best workout I have experienced.

Core Power is a comfortable, clean environment. The teachers are passionate about what they do, they are encouraging and supportive and make me want to show up. They are all well trained, very friendly and I enjoy the different personalities. I love the variety of classes you offer and find myself wanting to come more often than I thought I would.

Scheduling, staff, classes, location

The teachers in Poway are great. Really creative with classes & create a sense of community.

All of the yoga teachers were very nice and sweet.

That everything has been thought of. The bathrooms and changing area are perfect. I love the floor material in the studio. The spray bottles for you mat. The ice cold towels at the end of practice are the cherry on top!

All the instructors are friendly and have a great attitude. The classes are always a little different from day to day, but not so much that I feel overwhelmed with new poses.

They are a friendly staff that always makes you feel welcome when you enter and motivates you during each workout to reach your personal best. They alway inquire as to how the workout was and are happy to share modifications for the next time.

I love the friendliness of the instructors and how open and welcoming they have been. Everyone seems to genuinely enjoy teaching and being at class and it shows. The locker room and studio are always very clean. It has been a great experience and I have recommended CorePower to friends.
