There are so many things I like about Corepower. Recently I tried a yoga class at a local fitness gym and it just pales in comparison to Corepower on so many levels. At Corepower, the instructors are friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in. Yogis are greeted when arriving and invited to provide feedback after class. The instructors help you feel comfortable no matter your yoga skill level offering modifications to the poses both "up and down" in skill and difficulty. I feel like each class is a guided meditation. The atmosphere invites calm and participation. The facility itself is very nice as well, from the entry to the yoga classroom to the restrooms.

I am not a regular (yet!) but ALWAYS feel comfortable walking in to Core Power AND walking into a yoga room. Every instructor I have encountered made me comfortable just where I am in my practice. The facility is exceptionally clean and welcoming.

Everyone was very polite and gave great explanations of the classes. I also received advise on which class to take next. I appreciate the kindness and advise very much.

Variation of classes and times. What I don't like is the classes end past their end time. I've waited outside for 10 minutes because the class inside went over 10 minutes. Unfortunately, this has happened a couple of times. Super annoying. Stick to the times.

I like the consistency and the fact that I can find a class that I want to take any time of the day. I also like the variety of classes offered so it keeps my practice interesting!

I love this practice, the studio and imenities and mostly the instructors. I can't single any one out more than the rest because each individual is uniquely awesome.
Now for the constructive criticism..
The bottle filler at La Mesa has been broken for far too long. We need that daily and should have been fixed by now. Also the spray bottles in the studios should always be in good working order. The club brings in enough funds to keep the these up to par. Thanks for being you! First name removed
