Great variety of classes that are as challenging as you want them to be. No pressure to overdo it but if your looking for a challenge you’ll get that too. Instructors are very knowledgeable on alternative poses to accommodate how your body is feeling that day. Very inspirational experience.

I love being greeted by the friendly staff before my workout, and I love the way I feel after the workout!

Love the La Mesa studio. All of the teacher are so down to earth and no ego like some of the other locations. My experience at Point Loma is one of competition and some of the instructors think that the harder and hotter they make it, the better they are. I even had one instruction say, "I didn't say water" and then thanked those that didn't drink water - seriously! They forget that it's not about them - it's about everyone. Please don't change a thing - ALL of the instructors at your studio are so welcoming and make you feel like whatever you can do in class, is good enough and it's right for you on that day.

Brooke at La Mesa Core Power in San Diego is an amazing teacher and the sweetest soul. She guides you through every move with grace and ease, and really inspires you to delve deeper into your practice. She is my absolute favorite teacher I’ve ever had with Core Power.
