I like the men's boardshorts and the place is always clean and smells good. The changing room and bathroom is kept so clean. Core power does it right. They are popular for a reason. Plus mission valley has the best teachers like Meli and Diana Sophia. Diana Sophia has awesome positive energy. She is very motivating in her sculpt classes plus she gives the best adjustments.
Everything is so clean and it is the most relaxing place. The instructors are amazing. I LOVE core power.
I live the sculp class! It was my first time in the class and the instructor was helpful and easy to follow. Your facility in Mission valley is clean and the environment welcoming and peaceful.
Bathrooms and teachers
Teachers are awesome! They don't just go through the motions they get involved and encourage you to push yourself. I have had 6-7 different teachers and they were all great but at the same time they each had a unique routine.

I appreciate all of the yoga instructors. I take saree every week because she is so passionate about yoga and overall wellness. I feel amazing after leaving her class :)

It's conveniently located 5 mins away frm my house and all the instructors there are experienced and make the classes enjoyable. Not only that, the classes never get that packed
