Intense work outs, great instructors (jennika is fantastic!) And set up(heated/humid room, weights, squirt bottles, etc) sculpt at CPY is unlike anything ive found anywhere else. Love it!

I love the calm environment and the fact that you won't be judged if you are not as advanced as everyone else in the class. Also the hands on corrections that the teachers do it extremely helpful.

I really enjoy the professionalism of the instructors. I also enjoy the structure and organization of the classes.

Instructors are experienced, motivated and encouraging. Yoga is more than a workout, it addresses your spiritual side as well. I love the hour I spend on my mat!!
