Parking is better than several of the other studios. Excellent instructors (I loved Amy's, Forrest's & Meagan's HPF! The temperature was ok, it could have been hotter, but the flow was still wonderful!) I've also taken two kick butt and super fun sculpt classes. A beautiful Blondie tatooed muscle machine taught one of the classes, and another gal who's first name started with "A" (a little exotic name) taught the second one. Both sculpt classes were classes were effective, upbeat and made a difference in my body. So far, your staff rocks!

I haven't been to yoga in 3/4 months because I had Acl surgery. My gym offer yoga but it is not the same. I love the heat because it gives me a deeper stretch. I went because I have been so tight lately. After I was done, my body felt so much better. Teacher are very nice. One thing I haven't seen since I first started going to Corepower is more on hands adjustments. He teachers are not that touchy anymore. Meagan is very energetic and attentive of my new Acl.

The variety of classes offered and the quality of the instructors are superb. I am always being pushed to exceed my physical and spiritual goals at CorePower. I want the world to share in this experience with me! Namaste!

I really like that as soon as you arrive, the instructor is there to greet you. I think that it lets you feel welcomed and connected with the teacher. Also, I think it is very convenient for your clients to have the showers clean and available for them to use.

I loved how the instructor guided you through the practice. She obviously told the class each pose so the students practiced the sequence correctly, but she also reminded us to gage our breath and smile through out the class. Just a simple reminder helps so much when you reach that 45 min mark in hot power flow :)

i really enjoyed the hot fusion class, it makes me sweat a lot and i feel concentrated.

The friendliness of the staff, the times of the classes, and the great instructors. The locker room is very spacious and clean.

The energy at CPY Mission Valley is great. THe people at the desk are helpful and the instructors are amazing. I leave every time feeling like I got my butt kicked in the best possible way.
